The term "photo sharing" just took on a whole new meaning. For his contribution to the Future of the Photography Museum exhibition at the FOAM museum in Amsterdam, photographer and graphic designer Erik Kessels printed out every photo that was uploaded to Flickr during a 24-hour period of time, and filled a room with the piles and piles of photos. Kessels wanted the viewer to be able to visualize how much we're actually sharing with the public, and hoped to evoke "the feeling of drowning in representations of other peoples' experiences" that's caused by the overload of images being shared online.
