Just about every year, we'd get a knock on our door from a group of Girl Scouts pushing delicious green boxes of cookies. The Girl Scouts knew they had a dangerous product on their hands and understood the principals of supply and demand. We felt almost helpless buying obscene amounts of Thin Mints, Samoas and Tagalongs, and we still have the cravings to prove it.
