The New York Post has revealed the split life of prolific 1980's graffiti writer NEO. Arrested on August 3, 2010, for felony criminal mischief (graf related), police officer Steven Wienburg's artistic identity seems to have been hidden from the public until now. He retired from active duty in uniform in 2001, but allegedly stayed active on walls. Given that he left the force due to leg injury, NEO's got solid case that he wasn't responsible for recent acrobatic feats of highway painting. [120z]
