Surface to Air will be bringing its goods to NYC. The multifaceted Paris-based company will be opening a store at 27 Mercer St. in Soho on September 8. Perfect timing, considering Fashion's Night Out is the same day. The brand also plans to release a music video for Kid Cudi directed by Jérémie Rozan (the founder of Surface to Air). The Man on the Moon rapper has been linked to the Parisian brand in the past and he even has a $1,200 leather jacket available in-store on opening day.
The Soho store will resemble the Paris flagship store which was designed by architect Federico Masotto. “That’s our way to express the link between France and New York.” said Rozan on the connection between stores.
Keep your eyes open and heads up for the opening of the Surface to Air store next month.
