When Kanye West collaborated with venerable fashion house Louis Vuitton, the resulting sneakers were a hit with hip-hop fans and fashionistas alike. Yeezy has had a history of introducing hip-hop to new designers, so it's not too surprising that, according Footwear News, he's recently been spotted hanging out at the factory of Italian womenswear designer Giuseppe Zanotti.
“Kanye is always here in my factory. In the last three years, he has come here maybe every month and worked with the employees 10 to 12 hours a day... In a couple of months, he could have his own special collection out.” Zanotti reportedly said. This news comes hot-on-the-heels of Ye's announcement that he would be debuting a womenswear line at this September's New York Fashion Week.
Chances are this collaboration will be only for the ladies, so us dudes holding out for more fresh kicks from Mr. West may have to wait.
