Christian Helms, owner of Helms Workshop, is responsible for the identy of Frank, a purveyor of fine "artisanal sausages" in the designer's hometown of Austin, Texas. His goal was to promote the majesty of the modest hot dog, and to present the bar as a mecca for tattooed hipsters and white collar politicians alike.
