Chris Brown was spotted a few days ago (sans blonde hair) rocking one of our favorite tees of the summer, the Bape Baby Milo Independence Day T-shirt. Hanging out with "He Who Shall Not Be Named On Twitter", ALMOST pulls off the look with cut-off BBC shorts and Vans Authentics, but we could have done without the socks. Oh well, next time.
