La Liberté, designed by internationally practicing architect Dominique Perrault, is a multi-story social housing and office building that results from an initiative calling for development of neighborhoods along the main highway in the Netherlands. The building features grey, black and white facades and provides 120 apartment units in addition to the office space. We bet the view from the top makes all the cars below seem like little toys.
