Galleria Centercity is a large-scale department store in the Korean city of Cheonan meant to trick the eyes of people passing by; the Amsterdam-based architecture firm UNStudio designed this 710,000 sq ft department store to have the illusion of being anywhere from a few floors to fifteen, depending on the vantage point of the viewer. The Galleria incorporates an art and cultural center, a VIP room, and in the basement, a food court and specialty supermarket amongst many other stores. [Daily Tonic]
