The Comme des Garçons Spring/Summer 2012 collection stuck to what it does best: the mixing of textures, colors, and shapes. Some great outerwear pieces were shown with touches of the CdG aesthetic. The colors went from all black to bold patterns—mostly checkered—and colors. The punk rock theme was obvious, with major tailoring to every piece. Our favorite is the blazer with the moto jacket detail.
