The Standard Hotel's Twitter account posted a flick of KAWS' "Passing Through" Companion. Towering at 16 feet tall, the iconic figure made its way down from the Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum in Connecticut to the hotel this morning. KAWS has collaborated with the hotel before—earlier this year, his series of blue, red and green light bulbs sold out in just a few days. There will be a reception open to the public at the hotel this Saturday, but it looks like you can already check it out if you're in that part of town. [@standardNY]
