If you thought the jersey was dead, you're terribly mistaken. Recently, Wale has been making a fashion statement with some dope throwback jerseys. We've seen him rock crazy fresh ones to classics we almost forgot about. Some are even calling him "The Reviver." He's forcing all of us to dig back into our old boxes to find our youth-sized jerseys so that they'll fit just right. These aren't like the oversized throwbacks of the early 2000s. So if you're trying to catch up (or back!) to speed with your own jerseys, have no fear—we've done all the dirty work for you. Check out some of Wale's best throwbacks this summer.

Anyone who thinks Throwbacks aren't fresh doesn't know anything about classic urban style. The same people that eat up Jordan retro's should be all still wearing throwbacks. Back in the 80's and early 90's, everyone wore throwbacks. Spike Lee rocked the old school Brooklyn Dodgers jersey in Do The Right Thing. Will had some sick Throwbacks on Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Summer time has become so boring in the past few years because everyone looks exactly the same wearing basic tee's, polos, button-ups and cargo shorts and over-retro'd cheap quality kicks that everyone has.
