The man who used to go by Detroit Red, soon thereafter cleaned up his act in more ways than one. El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz, best known as Malcolm X, is most recognized as a fearless freedom fighter, but his style (although conservative) is iconic. His signature browline glasses, along with the black suits, skinny ties, and white shirts have been most recently embodied by the likes of Kanye West. It's safe to say that he made an impact in more ways than one. On what would be his 86th birthday, we take a look into Malcolm X's style.
