New York artist David Benjamin Sherry opens a solo show this Saturday, April 30th at OHWOW in Los Angeles, the second exhibition at the West Coast outpost of the NY/Miami art collective. Sherry is a photographer who does his art in the darkroom, using technical processes to push his work into the ethereal, and this show is a mix of both color prints and photographic collages. Sherry looks at geometric formations and math phenomena in nature, a series that will be juxtaposed with a series of sculpture photographs. The work looks pretty sick, and will be on display until May 27th if you're walking the streets of L.A. any time soon.
