Prada, Viktor & Rolf, and B Store have recently shaken the shoe market up a bit by adding espadrille trims to classic silhouettes. The jute rope detail is definitely different and a unique touch to add to dress shoes. Fashion house Prada leads the way by remaking the classic wing-tip in a dress-sport-creeper-espadrille shoe hybrid. Whoa. And Viktor & Rolf adds the trim to a patent leather loafer, while B.Store mixes the jute rope with a crepe sole. As much noise as these new hybrids have been making, we're not surprised that they're flying off the shelves. Whose version is your favorite?
