Julian Assange is a rebel. No, he doesn't rock a motorcycle jacket or scream "fuck the man," but the mastermind behind WikiLeaks isn't afraid to piss off a government or 10 in pursuit of his free press principles. Last night the soft-spoken Australian entrepreneur was profiled in a two-part segment on 60 Minutes, where reporter Steve Kroft delved into his history and present controversy. While watching it all unfold, we couldn't help but notice his distinctive sartorial choices.

Assange first made his name as a teen hacker with a penchant for wireframe sunglasses in the early ’90s, but these days his style has evolved past the trenchcoat mafia aesthetics of his youth. Even with his newly-cropped ’do, Julian's refined-yet-funky fashion sense was unmistakable during last night's segment. While strolling around the chilly English countryside, we found his words to be engaging but was admittedly distracted by his smart gray toggle coat.
