The 90’s went relatively uncensored as far as skateboarding graphics go (thanks to Rocco and World Industries), but when skateboarding got the Mountain Dew cosign, a lot of the graphics got mom-ified. Thankfully, Brad Staba's Skate Mental brand emerged as a bastion of off inappropriateness a few years ago with the Alien vs. Predator deck by Donnie Miller. The Cali brand continues to go full force with unapologetic graphics, and the new John Motta pro decks are right in step with the company ethos. Motta's series featues a chimp having his special way with a frog's mouth, a really bad condom prank, and a reference to John Motta’s unstable mental health. Salute. [Skate Mental]
