Guys in grungy, cut-off shorts and dudes in wee-little designer ones can put their shanks and chains down because now they have something in common. They're both probably sporting the hem of their shorts-legs rolled up. And we get it, the heat is taking no prisoners this summer, so there's zero reason to roast your drumsticks (pause?) in a pair of long jeans or trousers. Cuffing works but bro, beware of length.
