Whether you're a weekend joyrider or a bike messenger who logs 30-plus miles day, a helmet should be a must. The reality, however is that a large percentage of cyclists choose to forgo the protective gear, often citing the reason of "looking like a doofus" when wearing one. We understand. And that is why we've curated a collection of bike helmets that won't lower your style quotient that much when worn. Let us point out that our selections were driven more by aesthetics than performance: Although they do provide a certain level of protection, most of these are better suited for the urban, casual-riding crowd. Keep pedaling!

Snow helmets can be worn on the street. Same protection quality and snowboarders have the edge when it comes to cooler gear.

Weak post. No links or anything, just a random pic of almost all non-bike helmets. The reason they kind of suck is that most of them don't have any / enough vents, meaning your dome gets hot. I ride mountain bikes, and most of these would have you overheating immediately in the summer - most of your heat is released through your head. Check Giro helmets for a few decent options (Hex, Zen).

fam, 2 of the 10 helmets are Giro, and there are "Buy It Now" links for every helmet. Please read the actual post before you shit on it.
