While stylish--deep blues and lively reds with the rich brown utility belt worked well--we can see what may have been frightening about it when Britain was a colonial power. Way less so now.

Absurd list, really, really awful. How so many characters that rip-off Batman's look but are somehow listed way ahead of him on this list is beyond me. You guys are terrible.
