Olivia Munn Opens Up About Aaron Rodgers’ Family Drama

Olivia Munn told Andy Cohen about her ex Aaron Rodgers' family drama.

A few years ago we learned Aaron Rodgers had some serious ongoing family drama when it came to light via his brother Jordan on The Bachelorette. A section of the public's fascination with the topic continued when Aaron's dad, Ed, told The New York Times that the Packers QB hadn't spoken to his family since 2014, which is coincidentally the same year he started dating actress Olivia Munn. NFL fanbases being the way they are, this was not really a great thing for Munn.

On Wednesday, the former Attack of the Show host spoke to Andy Cohen about Rodgers' familial drama, and she made it clear there were already issues there before she and the two-time MVP started dating. "He hadn't spoken to the parents and one brother, [Jordan], for like eight months before we started dating," Munn said. She encouraged Aaron to have an "honest conversation" with his parents while there was still a dialogue.

"They had a nice conversation and then they started coming out my first year when I was in Green Bay in 2014," Munn said. She also offered up what sounded like a defense of her ex, saying, "I do believe that family and fame and success can be really complicated if their dreams are connected to your success.

She went on to add: "They're all in sports and Aaron is one of the best if not the best quarterback to ever play the game. Their work has a direct connection to what he does. At the end of the day, there's a lot of complications. I don't think either side of the road is clean, but I do think it's not OK when you try to stand on someone's shoulders and then throw dirt in their face, which is what they did for him."

Munn and Rodgers broke up in 2017 after a three-year relationship.
