First Male Gymnast to Accuse Larry Nassar of Sexual Abuse Speaks Out: 'I Hope He Rots in Hell'

Jacob Moore hopes the doctor who allegedly sexually abused him and his sister 'rots in hell.'

Jacob Moore, the first male gymnast to accuse Larry Nassar of sexually abuse, is condemning the disgraced doctor.

Moore, who was allegedly abused by Nassar, told Today he hopes the former USA Gymnastics national team doctor "rots in hell." Nassar allegedly assaulted Moore during an acupuncture treatment two years ago when he placed a needle next to his genitals causing his penis to be exposed. Another one of Nassar's alleged victims was also in the room at the time when Nassar asked her if she'd ever seen a penis before. Moore said he felt "very uncomfortable" after the incident.

"I wasn't a dumb kid. I knew, kind of, what medical practices were, and that one was out of the ordinary," said Moore, who later learned there was no medical reasoning for what Nassar allegedly did. "Coming out of the treatment, I felt very uncomfortable."

Moore's sister, Kamerin, was also allegedly abused by Nassar, shared her brother's incident in her victim statement. Moore later explained his sister's actions inspired him to tell his story as well, although he admits it's a tragic situation that they now have in common.

"Me and my sister shouldn't be able to relate over the fact that we've both been abused," said Moore. "That's just really sickening to me that he would violate a trust like that, and the things that he did were just awful."

Over 230 people, including famed gymnast Simone Biles, have accused Nassar of sexual abuse. He's since pled guilty to abusing seven people and was sentenced to up to 175 years in prison.
