On Wednesday, retired soccer star Abby Wambach took to Instagram to call out a trio of thieves she says stole her truck from her Naples, Florida residence for the purpose of joyriding it. Wambach says that the ride was gone for about three hours, between 1:30 and 4:30 a.m., and that the perpetrators stole a purse and a wallet, in addition to writing "hate speech" in the car's interior with permanent marker. She also gave her followers a description of the a-holes.

"They stole valuables including a purse and wallet(gift to my wife) and wrote hate speech in Sharpie all over the inside of our car," she said. "They were Caucasian (3 of them). One had a hoodie with cargo shorts. The driver had an Ohio State hat on (O on front of hat) of red or black hat. Same guy had grey top, Nike shorts and Nike shoes."

Finally, the two-time gold medalist said that the joyriders left behind plenty of evidence before giving them a choice to right their wrong(s). And while, yes, that could be a bluff, it could also be jail-time if they don't take it seriously.

"Also, they left finger prints on the car door when they left it back with us. We have the little black cars license plate and will find you," she wrote. "This neighborhood has each other’s backs. Neighbors camera got you, you idiots!! If you turn yourself in now, and return the stolen property, and pay for the car damages we won’t press charges. If you don’t, you are going to go to jail. You have 24 hours. If you have any info get in touch. Thanks everyone."

Your move car thieves.
