There are two things in life that are constant at this moment: LaVar Ball's ability to make himself and his sons regular staples in the news, and Shaquille O'Neal's earnest dedication to clowning around. From LaVar's adamant (and correct) prediction that his son Lonzo would be a Laker, to his family's appearance on WWE Raw, the polarizing and proud father knows how to keep himself in the spotlight. Put the personalities of Shaq and LaVar together, sprinkle a dab of talented sons and you have enough material to fuel a beef for the ages.

Last week, Shareef O'Neal, Shaq's son, told TMZ Sports that he could beat LaVar's son LaMelo one-on-one. Over the weekend, video surfaced of LaVar addressing—and refuting— Shareef's claims.

LaVar took it a step further by saying he and his son LaMelo would "kill" Shaq and Shareef in a 2-on-2 match-up. In a random, but on-brand, video response posted to Instagram on Sunday, Shaq lip-synced to Carrie Underwood’s hit song "Blown Away" and fired back at LaVar's response via the post's caption:

“If lavar ball beats me I’ll superglue this wig to my head forever. It’s only one BIG BALLER BRAND and that’s me THE SHAQ BRAND. Wake up bro. I made more free throws in a game then the Points you averaged mr 2.2 a game. Respect this first balloter.”

This isn't the first time LaVar and Shaq have had words for each other. Back in May, Shaq criticized LaVar's Big Baller Brand shoes, saying "real big baller brands don't over charge kids for shoes." LaVar responded to those criticisms when he and his family appeared on an episode of "Sneaker Shopping." Shaq also posted a video of him dunking over a person with Lavar's face edited over.
