Shaq Threatens to Punch Charles Barkley in the Face on Live TV

Things got super tense between Shaq and Charles Barkley on the TNT postgame show Tuesday night.

Following Tuesday night's come-from-behind Game 4 victory by the Cavs over the Celtics, TNT's postgame crew did what postgame crews are supposed to do, by kind of talking about the game while also busting one another's balls.

However, said ball busting got a little personal (and not to mention super tense) when Shaquille O'Neal and Charles Barkley got into it over the amount of rings the latter had won during his career; as in zero. As you can see above, it was pretty damned entertaining, if not a tad awkward for both Ernie Johnson and Kenny Smith, who were stuck in the middle.

"You want to mess around, Chuck?," O'Neal asked. "You got not idea what you're talking about because you've only been to the [NBA] Finals once."

"I wasn't riding around on Kobe Bryant and Dwyane Wade's coattails," Barkley responded.

From there, some even more entertaining lines were dropped, including Shaq calling Barkley a "bum" multiple times questioning why he's in the Hall of Fame. He explained the reason things got personal is because "Chuck is always interrupting me." That's when O'Neal told Barkley that he's going to punch him right in the face, which probably gave most '90s fans flashbacks to this:

From there, Barkley told Shaq he was "going to be throw one of these chicken wings at your fatass." That prompted Shaq to pick one of them up before asking, "You're going to do what?" The tension continued for a few more seconds, but no wings were thrown.

The uncomfortable (but definitely amusing) moment between the two HOF analysts was just the latest in a string of them. For instance, there was this moment when they kind of get into it over LeBron and Kevin Durant—though we're not sure what's up with the dramatic music in the YouTube video (at the 6:10 mark).

And here they are getting into it over Paul George just last month, which echoed a similar theme from Tuesday night. Skip to 4:10 if you're a person with no moment to spare:

Also, there was this. That "fatass" comment definitely isn't anything new:

Seems like this may be more worth your time than Game 5 will be.
