Arsenal should come to Nigeria for their next pre-season tour.

The North London club's dedicated Nigerian fan base has gone viral after photos emerged of 'Arsenal Day', an annual celebration of the Gunners that takes place in the south central Nigerian town of Okene.

According to Twitter user @Ozo1Naija – who uploaded the photos of 'Arsenal Day' – the event is celebrating its 10th year and if you look closely enough at the backs of fans' shirts included in his photos, that appears to be true.

The first 'Arsenal Day' celebrated the opening of the Emirates Stadium.

Each year at the end of December, hundreds of Arsenal fans flock to Okene to pay tribute to the Gunners and their (relatively) recent success. According to reports, the festival began to celebrate the opening of the Emirates Stadium in 2006.
