Despite being one of the more popular NBA players in some circles, J.R. Smith has his fair share of haters. It's something he's mentioned once or twice (or 50 times) on his various social media feeds. In fact, he did it earlier this month when he seemed to take a shot at the way blogs reported on a story about Kevin Durant eating nachos with a young fan during a game. He indicated that he felt as though he would have been criticized for doing the same thing.

J.R. clapped back at his critics again on Wednesday morning. Just hours after receiving his first championship ring before the Cavaliers' game against the Knicks on Tuesday night, he shared a photo of him getting emotional over the ring and included a caption that featured all of the criticisms he has been subjected to over the last few years:

J.R. wasn't the only Cavaliers player to get emotional over his ring, either. At about the same time that he put up that Instagram post, LeBron James put up a post of his own to show off his new jewelry and to thank Cavaliers fans:

What a time to be from Cleveland.
