Josh Norman, who has quickly transformed himself into one of the most outspoken players in the NFL, wasn’t happy after the Redskins lost to the Cowboys on Sunday. But it had nothing to do with what had taken place on the field during the game.

Upon arriving back at his locker after the Redskins' 27-23 loss, the star Washington cornerback discovered that he was being given a random drug test by the NFL. These tests are given to all players randomly throughout the course of the season. And it seems Norman was angry about the timing of it. He yelled at a Redskins’ trainer about the test before speaking with the media about how stupid he thinks it is for the league to test players in the immediate aftermath of games.

"I don’t like how the NFL has us drug tested right after the game," he said. "I don’t understand that. It’s crazy. I don’t have anything left in the tank, yet they want you to drug test. It’s crazy. I don’t understand it. I don’t get it. I really don’t. Shoot—we can’t wait until tomorrow?"

Norman continued by talking about how it’s the first time he’s ever been asked to take a test on game day. "This is the first time—they started it this year," he said. "I don’t get it. I really don’t. What’s a day going to do? Twenty-four hours?"

Norman eventually took the test but he clearly wasn’t thrilled with the way it was given to him. And really, can you blame him?

Expect to hear a lot more from Norman in the coming days. He’s likely over the drug test debacle by now, but with the Giants up on the Redskins’ schedule next, Norman is going to have to spend the next six days answering Odell Beckham Jr. questions. He’s going to wish he could sit and talk about drug tests all day.
