You know that NBA players Draymond Green, Chris Bosh, and Gordon Hayward are excellent teammates on the court. But did you know that they’re excellent teammates off the court, too, especially when it comes to supporting the women in their lives?
The NBA has teamed up with Facebook’s Lean In campaign and recently called on Green, Bosh, and Hayward as well as Spurs coach Becky Hammon to talk about how important it is to show support for women. Each of them filmed a PSA to talk about the steps they take to show love for the women in their lives.
In his PSA, Green talks about his tight bond with his mother Mary Babers-Green:
Bosh speaks about how much his wife Adrienne means to him and what he does to encourage her to follow her dreams:
Hayward spends some time with his young daughter and discusses her future and the role he hopes to play in it:
And Hammon talks about the role that San Antonio head coach Gregg Popovich played in her becoming an NBA coach:
