Since he was drafted by the Philadelphia 76ers with the third overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft, Joel Embiid has played in a grand total of zero NBA regular season games. A nagging foot problem has forced him to sit out the first two years of his professional career, however, 76ers fans and the front office remain optimistic that, one day, he will come back and the waiting game will ultimately pay off. In the meantime, it's only up to Embiid to properly rehab his foot and not put himself in situations where he could suffer another setback.

Recently, while rehabbing his foot at the hospital, Aspetar, in Qatar, Embiid played a little bit of soccer with Paris St. Germain midfielder Javier Pastore. While it doesn't appear that the former Kansas star center is going too hard, the Sixers' brass may not have been happy seeing their prized young talent playing soccer.

This isn't the first time we've seen Embiid potentially cause a setback in his foot rehab. Hopefully, though, this is the last time.
