During the 2015 NFL Playoffs, Eddie Lacy found himself embroiled in a Twitter scandal involving food. As he struggled to stay consistent last season, folks found and retweeted old tweets of his in which he showed off his love for food. The tweets are still up, too. All this went down around the time his coach Mike McCarthy called him out after the Packers divisional round playoff loss to the Cardinals, saying:

"Eddie Lacy, he's got a lot of work to do. His offseason last year was not good enough, and he never recovered from it. He cannot play at the weight he was at this year."

In response to his coach's challenge, Lacy turned to P90X founder Tony Horton to help him shed pounds and it looks like it worked:

Eddie was clocking in at 234 pounds and it looks like he's lost at least 30 of those. He's still only 25, so in running back years, he has at least five left. Hopefully the weight loss will help him turn into the 1,000-yard back he's capable of being.
