Steph Curry Says It Was “Very Weird” to See Kanye West Mention Him in a Tweet With Michael Jordan

Earlier this week, Kanye West took to Twitter to compare himself to both Michael Jordan and Steph Curry:

"I am the Jordan and Steph Curry of music, meaning I'm the best of two generations."-Kanye West pic.twitter.com/0wStQmCepA

The tweet was retweeted more than 50,000 times, and at some point, it ended up coming across Curry’s timeline. So after practice yesterday, the Warriors star was asked about what it was like to see his name end up in one of Kanye’s tweets. He described it as “very weird.”

“I’ve seen a lot of his crazy, kind of outlandish tweets, especially in the past month,” he said. “When I saw my name cross through his fingertips, that was pretty funny and honoring at the same time. But also very weird, putting me in the same conversation with Michael and Kanye.”

Curry also went on to say that he was a big fan of this meme that Bleacher Report posted that features Kanye’s head Photoshopped onto both MJ and Curry’s bodies:
