Jeff Adrien can't stay out of trouble.

The former NBA player and UConn star was busted in Brooklyn back in January—his third arrest in the last two months—for allegedly trying to kick police officers.

According to TMZ Sports, Adrien got belligerent with members of the NYPD when he "was busted in Brooklyn on January 13th after cops say they tried to stop him for a routine traffic violation but he refused to comply."

What ensued was madness ... according to cops, Adrien lost his cool and pushed the arresting officers and "repeatedly kicked" at them.

The 30-year-old baller is becoming known more for his antics on the streets than for his time on the court. Adrien was arrested back in December for allegedly pulling a stunt straight out of Ferris Bueller's Day Off. He reportedly stole a Mercedes-Benz from a Los Angeles hotel valet and "went on a 6 hour joyride before returning it back at the hotel," according to TMZ.
