In this NFL season's sole Saturday night game, the Jets beat the Cowboys after a 4th quarter comeback sparked by Jets quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick. For the second week in a row, the Jets trailed their opponent going into the fourth quarter.

In the first quarter of the game, the Cowboys made a quick change to replace their backup quarterback, Matt Cassel, who struggledwith fourth string quarterback Kellen Moore.

But for most of the game, and after Jets kicker Randy Bullock missed an extra point on their only touchdown, as well as a field goal later on, the Jets were down 13-9 to the Cowboys. But a 10-point comeback in the fourth quarter came from the lead of Fitzpatrick, who rallied Gang Green and with an eight-play, 58-yard drive in the fourth quarter. Another catalyst for the rally was backup Kenbrell Thompkins thrown in as a wide receiver, who caught a 43-yard pass from Fitzpatrick. Then Bullock finally came through in the clutch with a 40-yard kick to secure the win for New York.

The Jets will finish the 2015 campaign with their first winning record in five seasons, now standing at 9-5 on the season. They have won four straight, and are in second place behind the Patriots in the AFC East.
