The Clippers are easily the most hated team in the entire NBA right now. It’s why we sought to “Make the Clippers Likable” when we put together a bunch of ESPN Trade Machine-approved deals that the NBA needs recently.

Bleacher Reportreleased an entire story about the Clippers and how much players on opposing teams hate them this week, and it pretty much boils down to this: The Clippers complain too much, and until they stop doing it, other teams are going to hate them. It’s a solid story, though, and features quotes—both on and off the record—from players, coaches, and executives who dislike the Clips. It also features responses from several Clippers players, including Chris Paul.

In the story, Paul is described as a guy who “does the Boy Scout thing and then will be the one to trip you as you’re going by” by one anonymous veteran. Others say CP3 complains and flops too much. And his response to all of it? Well, it’s about what you’d expect.

“I don’t play for anybody to like me,” he said. “I’m telling you, I got enough friends, you know what I mean?”

You can check out the entire Bleacher Report story here. After reading it, it’s clear the Clippers aren’t going to change, regardless of what others might think of them.
