Hey, did you catch the ceremony that the Packers held last night for Brett Favre and Bart Starr? It was quite a night and proved that you can come home again, even if you run off and decide to play for one of your NFL team's biggest rivals.

You know what would make last night’s festivities really awkward, though? If Favre—who is 46 and hasn’t played in the NFL since 2010—decided that he wanted to come back and give it another try in the NFL. Specifically, it would be awkward if he decided that he wanted to come back with a team that the Packers still have on their schedule this season. It’s also incredibly dumb to think that Favre would even consider coming back to the NFL right now.

Skip Baylessis not above making asinine suggestions, though, so during today’s episode of ESPN First Take, he suggested that Favre should come back and that he should play for…the Cowboys! Because you know, why the hell not?

“Wouldn’t it be just like Jerry Jones to call Brett Favre and say, ‘Hey, I’ve got an opportunity for you here. Would you like to come and finish my season for me?’” Skip said today. “A week from next Sunday, the Dallas Cowboys play at Lambeau Field. It’s just a thought, but it’s a Jerry Jones-style thought, and I thought I would throw it out there, as crazy as it might sound.”

Stephen A. Smith hit Skip with the only response possible: “Man, I think you need to be tested.”

Yeah, that sounds about right. As you’d imagine, Twitter thought pretty much the same exact thing:

Man, WHAT?!?
