In the wake of the Friday night attacks in Paris, the NFL announced today their plans to increase security at all team's stadiums for Sunday's games.

ESPN NFL writer Kevin Seifert reported the "increased security and law enforcement presence" in the following statement:

The league said in a statement that it has been in communication with the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI since Friday's attacks and "that there are no known threats against NFL stadiums."

Seifert also reported that NFL "recommended" fans planning to attend Sunday's games that they do not bring bags. If they do, there may be extra precautionary protocol by the stadium security, which will cause additional delays and search procedures.

The Paris attacks happened in six locations and left over 150 people dead. One of the locations where one of the assailants planned to attack but were denied access was a soccer match at Stade De France, which seats 80,000 persons.
