Once a high profile NFL prospect coming out of USC, quarterback Matt Barkley hasn't really caught on at the NFL level. In fact, you don't really even hear the Arizona Cardinals third string quarterback's name much anymore, unless he's running around the field during pregame warmups in nothing but his underwear, a half shirt and some towels.

That's what is going on ahead of the Cardinals Sunday Night Football matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals. Barkley didn't lose a bet, but supposedly lost an "accuracy contest" this week during practice, which doesn't come as much of a surprise, and this was his punishment. Not that Barkley resisted it. He's out here jaunting around like someone told him he'll be starting the Super Bowl.
