LeBron James couldn't be bothered picking up his teammate.

At least it looks like the King had better things to do than extend a helping hand to Kevin Love during Wednesday's game against the Knicks.

That or James was so focused on his fourth quarter domination of the Knicks he didn't notice his teammate needed a boost. Or he didn't want to put his bad back at risk. Or maybe his sleeves were still bothering him

All joking aside, Love hit the floor after Knicks forward Kyle O'Quinn got a little physical during a Carmelo Anthony drive to the basket. No foul was called—despite Love's protests—and after getting snubbed by LeBron, Tristan Thompson came to his rescue.

Let the conspiracy theorists have at it.

James and the Cavs took care of the Knicks, 96-86, as he scored 11 of his 23 points in the fourth.
