Prior to yesterday’s Panthers/Cowboys game in Dallas, Dez Bryant was apparently talking a lot of trash about Carolina cornerback Josh Norman. At least, that’s what Norman’s teammates told him after they took the field for pregame warmups. They told Norman that Bryant called him out while he was warming up near them.

There’s a chance—a good chance, actually—that Bryant didn’t say anything about Norman. But Norman’s teammates told him he did, and Norman responded by playing one hell of a game during the Panthers’ 33-14 win over the Cowboys. He only allowed Bryant to catch one ball for six yards while covering him and, after the game, he was still angry about what Bryant had said about him before the game.

“He shouldn’t have ticked off my DBs in pregame,” he told reporters. “That took me to a whole other place. Once that happened, you can’t get me fired up [enough]. I’m telling you, I’m going to be at your throat for four quarters every time…The disrespect was just through the roof.”

Norman went on to say that he thinks the Cowboys should ask Bryant for some of his new $70 million contract back after his poor performance.

“Hey, they need to get Dez’s 70 mil back,” he said.

And towards the end of his anti-Dez rant, Norman also took a shot at Las Vegas oddsmakers while simultaneously calling Skip Bayless out for picking the Cowboys to win.

“For everybody that paid their money for that, I appreciate you guys, but Las Vegas lost,” he said. “And even Skip Bayless. We’re going to give thanks to him for picking us a two- or four-point underdog. I hope he’s happy right now, at home, eating crow. Because obviously, he was wrong as well.”

Norman also posted this on Twitter late last night:

Lesson learned here: Don’t talk trash about Josh Norman. In fact, don’t even let him think that you’re talking trash about him. Or else…
