Wrestling legend Jimmy "SuperFly" Snuka pleaded not guilty Monday to third-degree murder charges in the 1983 death of his girlfriend. 

According to the AP, the 72-year-old Snuka, who is in failing health, "did not appear to know the day of the week or the location of the courthouse" during his appearance at Lehigh County Court in Allentown, Pa. 

Snuka's lawyer relayed to the judge that his client is suffering from early-onset dementia as well as post-concussion syndrome and can no longer read or write English.
