While speaking with Amar'e Stoudemire, ESPN's Tom Haberstroh decided to give STAT a pop quiz. He asked the Heat forward if he could name the ten players that have assisted him the most in his career. As Amar'e ran down names that included Steve Nash, Stephon Marbury, Raymond Felton, Joe Johnson, and Leandro Barbosa, he found himself at a road block and said:

Quizzed Amar'e on who has ast'd him the most. "I know Carmelo's definitely not up there." https://t.co/PezbFiSHjy in pic.twitter.com/KAtNyqdNHj

To his surprise (and everybody else's), Melo was actually No. 7 on the list. Shawn Marion, Raja Bell, Grant Hill, and Boris Diaw rounded out the top 10. You see, Carmelo isn't that much of a jock. Someone let Porzingas know. Maybe he and Melo can bring back the cornrows and be best buddies forever.
