Before we get into this post, you have to love how "Corporate Kane" is such a dedicated Director of Operations that he rocks his wrestling boots under his suit.

ANYWAYS, it's been an interesting week for the WWE news-wise. Although "Stone Cold" Steve Austinhas taken himself out of the running, we're no closer in knowing who Brock Lesnar will be facing next year at WrestleMania 32. We do know that the WWE will be holding SummerSlam in Brooklyn in 2016 and 2017, and that Hornswoggle has been suspended for 30 days on a Wellness policy violation–the company's first violation in two years (apparently)–although we can't remember the last time that he's been on TV.

While Raw from this past Monday was about hyping this Saturday night's Madison Square Garden show (which will air on the WWE Network), it also progressed the Seth Rollins / Kane storyline, which we assume will be going down at Hell in a Cell in October, much like this week's Smackdown which was held at the Times Union Center in Albany, NY.

  • Yes, the show obviously kicks off with Seth and Kane in promo mode, where Kane sets up a match between the "Demon Kane" and the Dudley Boys against Seth Rollins and The New Day. You have to respect that they are continuing the angle from Monday night where "Corporate Kane" has an injured ankle but the "Demon Kane" (who stamps his foot and makes his injury go away) doesn't.
  • Team B.A.D. defeated Team Bella when Sasha Banks (who has quietly been owning the main roster Divas division) made Nikki Bella tap out
  • Ryback defeated Kevin Owens by count out
  • The Lucha Dragons defeated Stardust and The Ascension
  • A segment between The Wyatts and Roman Reigns set up a match between Reigns and Bray Wyatt for Hell in a Cell
  • The Dudley Boys and the "Demon Kane" defeated The New Day and Seth Rollins. Apparently the match started with The Dudleys in a handicap match as "Corporate Kane" was sitting ringside, ultimately being taken to the back after an attack by Rollins. After a commercial break, the "Demon Kane" returns and chokeslams everyone (except for Seth).

I might have to start going from "Corporate khal" to "Demon khal" for sh*ts and giggles.
