The Seahawks lost this past Sunday when Marshawn Lynch was unable to activate Beast Mode and scrape out a yard on 4th and 1 in overtime. It was something that likely pissed off many Seahawks fans, gamblers, and (most of all) Lynch's mom Delisa. Afterward she took to her Facebook account to call out Seattle's Offensive Coordinator Darrell Bevell in a move that probably was not well thought out, which is par for the course when it comes to social media analysis on NFL Sundays. In the heat of the moment Mama Beast Mode posted the following:

This evening she somewhat walked back those comments, without retracting her disdain for the play call:

I concede it's possible that I'm missing something here, but can people make up their minds about how they want Marshawn used in short yardage situations? Obviously the team didn't feed him the ball in the Super Bowl, and now we're going to still be hearing about that in 20 years. Then they feed him the ball in the next game that means something and Lynch's mom calls for the OC's job. Sometimes even Beast Mode gets stuffed. Just imagine how bonkers everyone would've gone if Seattle threw (and failed) again in a short yardage situation.
