With the exception of Hard Knocks, it's tough to argue anything good comes out of NFL Training Camp. It's long, it's hot, it's boring as hell, and following it actually makes you look forward to summer's end so football games will have meaning again.

But yesterday the St. Louis Rams let their rookie first round running back Todd Gurley attach a GoPro to his helmet to give you football from a first-person-perspective. The resulting footage is likely to revive memories of your playing days, provided you didn't suffer a severe concussion during them and still have the ability to reminisce.
