Fight's on! No, not that one. This one:
It’s official. @FloydMayweather to face @AndreBerto Sept. 12 on Showtime PPV. pic.twitter.com/1Zb1gyvl0Z
Putting his undefeated record on the line in what is believed to be his last fight, Floyd Mayweather Jr. will square off against WBA Welterweight Interim Champion Andre Berto in the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Long in tooth and with three losses to his name, Berto doesn't have Mayweather's pedigree nor that of other potential opponents like the young, up-and-coming fighter Keith Thurman. However, given that Berto has been Mayweather's rumored opponent for weeks, the confirmation hardly comes as a surprise. Unfortunately, as previous rumors suggested, the fight will not be viewable on CBS. No matter. Floyd wants you to see it in-person, anyway:

Let's just hope it's more exciting than his last fight.
