The NBA released its schedule for the 2015-16 season on Wednesday, and while plenty of players undoubtedly had reasons to gripe privately about the way things shook out, Andre Drummond of the Detroit Pistons decided to go public with his particular set of grievances.
Not a huge deal, right? I mean, every player wants the chance to showcase his game in front of a national audience, and back-to-backs cause an undue amount of fatigue, so much so that the league made a conscious effort to reduce the amount of them to all-time lows for the upcoming season.
But in case you haven't been paying attention, the Pistons haven't been good at any point during Drummond's first three NBA seasons, which means that the lack of appearances on national television probably should have been expected.Â
Somewhat predictably, people were all too happy to slide into Drummond's mentions to remind him of this fact.
