It's not quite the splash that'd be made if, say, his brother Stephen landed in Sacramento. But Seth Curry has transformed a strong outing in the NBA's Summer League into a contract with an NBA team. After averaging 24.3 points (tops in the league) and 4.6 boards in half-a-dozen summer games, the Kings opted to sign the 24-year-old guard, eliciting this celebratory tweet from his brother:

Let’s goooooo! He’s been patient and worked so hard to get here. @sdotcurry got his Foot in the door now it’s time to go! Love you bro!

Seth's deal is reportedly for two years/$2 million, with both years being guaranteed thanks to a player option for the second. Seth has previously played in the NBA thanks to multiple ten-day contracts. In his short time at the highest level, Curry has amassed a whopping total of four games for three different teams, giving him paltry career totals (though still better than you and/or I) of three points, three rebounds, two steals and one assist.
