We're not sure how tough basketball fans in Europe can be, but we're willing to bet they don't have anything on New York City. We'd say that Kristaps Porzingis will find that out soon, but he got a taste of it tonight when the Knicks selected him with the fourth overall pick in the 2015 Draft. NBA Commissioner Adam Silver called his name, and it was met with "nearly deafening" boos. The reception was chilly, obviously, but not as chilly as it will be when the soon-to-be-20-year-old is learning on the job in the world's media center. It's good to learn that early, and if the 7-foot-2 Latvian is to be believed, this is where he wants to be. But Knicks fans made a 10-second cameo and already gave him a taste of what's to come. For example, here's the reaction of a guy chanting "We want Winslow!":

And, of course, who could forget Squints from The Sandlot?
Those are just the dudes who forked out their (or their parents') dough for a ticket. The cheaper alternative was to stay home and react through Twitter. That's exactly what thousands did either through mourning, or making fun. Plus we were all treated to a special bonus rant from Stephen A. Smith. Check it out below.
