Kevin Durant has been trending on Twitter for most of the second half of Game 1 of the 2015 NBA Finals. And that's weird because KD isn't actually in the Finals. He hasn't played in months due to a lingering foot injury.
So why is he trending? Well, it's because KD starred in a new Sonic commercial tonight. A very, very, very weird Sonic commercial that has a lot of NBA fans wondering what he was doing before it started. Because at one point during the commercial, he looked like this:
WTF?
The commercial was pretty damn funny, but it also featured KD posing way too many questions about Jolly Ranchers. So now, there are more than a few people who have taken to Twitter to question why KD looked the way he did during the commercial. So many people that he's trending.
